TB40 is a structurally bonded modular Fa?ade system. TB40 achieves its stylish looks by the way in which the glass is bonded to an internal frame which in turn is fixed to the Fa?ade TB50 exposing no framing to the external surfaces of the Fa?ade. Using the Fa?ade TB50 as a support grid, TB40 can be installed in a variety of grid sizes whilst maintaining its excellent structural qualities. TB40 can accommodate a concealed top hung, open-out sash, which does not interrupt the visual consistency of the modular grid. This modular system has a shadow gap of 20mm and no visible sight lines the designer of the Fa?ade can incorporate a modern and fashionable concept creating light and space while maintaining good thermal properties.
