Machine description:
The Box type in-line rotor degassing line is usually installed between the outlet of the self-heating furnace and the distribution launder of the casting machine.Melts flow into the degassing machine and rotate the rotor to break inert gases, forming a large quantity of dispersed bubbles, which then enter into the aluminum melts. After collision, capturing, surface adsorption and partial pressure action, the bubbles rise with gases and take hydrogen and oxide slags out of melts, making them into scums. Then, aluminum melts outflow from the degassing unit outlet, thus realizing the purpose of continuous in-line refining.
Machine characteristics:
1:High gas removal efficiency. It use a compact furnace design, using a rotating nozzle in the gas removal tank, forming convection in the box, so that small bubbles can be fully diffused in the aluminum liquid.The contact surface of bubbles and aluminum liquid is increased; the sealed design is adopted to prevent secondary pollution caused by the external air and improve the degassing efficiency of the equipment.
2.Accurate control.The aluminum solution of the workstation can be maintained in temperature through electric heating in the working gap. The heating system adopts immersion heating device with high heating efficiency, silicon carbon rod heating elements, silicon controllable temperature control, high temperature control precision and convenient to use.
